Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the Traca Logic GPS tracker and Traca Logic GPS security mobile applications. By using the device and the mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including any future modifications. If you do not agree, you must not use the device and should uninstall the applications immediately.

1. Your Agreement to These Terms

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (at least 18 years of age) and Traca Logic PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at U112, Vidhata House, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110092. The services are provided via the Traca Logic hardware device and mobile applications. By using these, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated here. Traca Logic may revise these terms at any time without notice, so users must revisit this page regularly.

2. Eligibility

Only individuals 18 years or older may use the device and applications. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement and will not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or age.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the application if under 13 years, or under 18 without parental supervision.
• Post defamatory, libellous, or pornographic content.
• Fail to cooperate with identity verification or investigations.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code.
• Misuse the GPS SIM card for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Disrupt networks or infrastructure connected to the application.
• Falsify transmission data or engage in deceptive conduct.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the application in a way that distracts from safe driving.

4. Usage of Device – Limitations

Proper functioning of services requires a compatible device, active network/data connection, and correct hardware installation in a location with telecom coverage. Traca Logic does not guarantee 100% accuracy of data or alerts.

5. Termination

Traca Logic PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend or terminate your account for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the device and applications. Any fraudulent or abusive activity may be referred to law enforcement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Traca Logic PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use or inability to use the device and applications. This includes lost profits or business opportunities, even if advised of such possibilities. Where law permits, our liability is limited to the fullest extent.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traca Logic PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates, employees, and partners from all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the application, violation of these terms, or breach of warranties.
